Why Families Choose Us
A Considered Approach to Estate Matters
We work at your pace, explain each step, and keep the process as calm as the subject allows.
Patient, Plain Explanations
We do not use legal jargon unnecessarily. Every step is explained in language that makes sense for the family involved.
Respectful Pacing
Inheritance matters arise during difficult times. We work at a pace that suits the family, not a pace driven by process alone.
Thorough Documentation
Careful preparation of every document reduces delays at the court or land registry. We check details before they become problems.
Bangkok-Based Practice
Located on Sathorn Road, we are familiar with the local courts, land offices, and administrative processes in the Bangkok area.
Confidential and Discreet
All information shared with us is handled with full confidentiality. Family matters stay within the family.
Transparent Fixed Fees
Our fees are stated clearly from the first meeting. There are no hidden charges and no surprises at the end of the process.
Take the First Step
Not Sure Where to Begin? That is Quite Normal.
Many families come to us at the very start, uncertain about what the estate involves or what steps are needed. A first meeting simply helps you understand where things stand.

Common Questions
Answers Before Your First Visit
These are questions we hear often. If yours is not here, please write to us or call — we are happy to respond.
What happens at an Inheritance Position Review?
We sit together, review the information you have about the estate — assets, documents, any existing will — and explain in plain terms how Thai inheritance law applies. The meeting has no obligation attached. You leave with a clearer picture of the situation and the options available.
Do I need to have all documents ready before contacting you?
No. Many families come to us with very little on hand. We have a document checklist we can share in advance, but even without it you are welcome to call or write first. We can talk through what might be needed based on your circumstances before any meeting is arranged.
How long does the probate process typically take in Thailand?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the estate, whether there is a valid will, and the relevant court's schedule. A straightforward matter may conclude within a few months; a more involved case can take longer. We give a realistic outline at the initial review and keep you informed throughout.
Are your fees fixed or charged by the hour?
Our published fees are fixed amounts per service. ฿3,700 for a Position Review, ฿5,800 for Probate Assistance, and ฿7,800 for Comprehensive Estate Support. If the scope of your matter requires additional work beyond what a service covers, we discuss that openly before any further costs arise.
Can foreign nationals use your services for Thai estates?
Yes. We work with Thai and international families alike. Inheritance involving foreign nationals can introduce additional considerations regarding property types and applicable law, which we address clearly from the outset. Our consultations are conducted in English.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes, fully. All information shared with us — whether about the estate, the family, or the deceased — is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share details with third parties except where legally required or where you have specifically asked us to act on your behalf.
