How Sapsin Came to Be
Sapsin opened its doors on Sathorn Road with a single purpose: to give Bangkok families a reliable place to turn when an inheritance matter arises. The founding of the practice grew from a recognition that legal processes, however straightforward in theory, can feel overwhelming to a family already managing grief and unfamiliar paperwork.
We do not try to be the largest firm in the city. Instead, we focus on keeping the caseload manageable so that each family receives the attention their situation calls for. We check in, we explain, and we work at a pace that makes sense given the circumstances.
Our work covers three main areas: an initial position review for families who want to understand where they stand, probate assistance for those who need documents prepared and lodged, and comprehensive support for more involved matters that require ongoing representation. Senior Legal Adviser
Nattapong holds a law degree from Chulalongkorn University and has advised families on estate matters in Bangkok for over fourteen years. He leads the Comprehensive Estate Support service.
Siriporn Limsakun

Siriporn manages document preparation and court liaison for probate matters. She keeps families updated throughout and has a particular skill for making the process feel less daunting.

Client Liaison & Review Specialist
Apinya conducts the initial Inheritance Position Reviews, helping families understand their options without pressure. She is fluent in Thai and English and experienced with international cases.

The probate process in Thailand involves obtaining a court order to appoint an estate administrator. This person is then authorised to settle debts, transfer titled assets such as land and buildings, and distribute the remaining estate to the heirs in accordance with the will or the statutory order.
